What this software does

fynxIQ reads reports you supply, builds a GSTR-1 return from them, checks that return against itself, and gives you a JSON file to upload on the GST portal. It is preparation software.

What it does not do

It does not file returns on your behalf. It does not connect to the GST portal, and it never asks for your portal credentials. It does not provide tax advice, and nothing it shows you is a substitute for a professional opinion on your own circumstances.

What you remain responsible for

The accuracy of the reports you upload, the correctness of the return you submit, and the submission itself. We check the return against itself and against the rules of the form. We cannot check it against transactions that were never in the files you gave us.

Where the software reports a warning, that warning is part of the output. Downloading a return with unresolved warnings is a decision you are making.

Accounts

One account, one business, unless your plan says otherwise. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, for a month or for a year, in Indian rupees. Prices exclude GST.

Nothing renews automatically and nothing is ever charged twice. You pay once for the period you chose; when it ends, the account falls back to the free plan by itself and you pay again only if you decide to. There is no standing mandate on your card, no auto-debit and nothing to cancel — which is why you will not find a cancel button, and why you do not need one. Nothing already prepared is ever deleted when a plan lapses; only the monthly limits tighten.

Refunds are considered on request rather than granted automatically, because the free plan lets you run every check on your own month before paying; billing mistakes are always refunded in full. How refunds are decided.

Fair use

Plan limits are what they say on the pricing page and are enforced by the server. Please do not attempt to work around them by creating multiple accounts for one business.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Because your files are processed in your own browser, preparation continues to work during most kinds of server trouble.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions to support@fynxiq.com.
